It was a cold night, which makes it perfect to be playing with fire and hot coals right? When is it a bad time for BBQ, really?
This was one of my attempts at making BBQ sticks, Filipino style. It’s loaded up with soy sauce and banana ketchup. Don’t be fooled by how simple this looks, though. Marinating may be easy, but transporting and skewering a whole pile of these bad boys took a lot of help to finish.
Definitely a recipe to try out again!
