This is a dish of eggs benedict with hash browns and corned beef. It includes one of my favorite egg preparations–poached eggs with hollandaise. This isn’t something super easy to do, as many places seem not to understand how to make the sauce.
The place here was packed so I may rethink coming here so early next time. Next time I get a craving for this, maybe I can just whip up my own eggs benedict and hash browns.
