Original Pancake House – Anaheim, CA

Bacon and Eggs

Thick ass bacon. Mmm! Even the Original Pancake House in Orange doesn’t have the same bacon. They can’t even do the eggs and hash browns right over there. Anaheim’s place to be!

Belgian Waffle

Slightly crispy… perfect.

Elmo/Cookie Monster

They tell me it’s ham and eggs but I can only see Elmo.

No food dishes named after bands here, but you still get rockstar quality. You can have breakfast feeling like you’re in somebody’s home here. That’s probably because this used to be! This house turned restaurant has definitely got charm.

They close at 2pm so if you’re a night owl like me… set your alarm clocks!

And don’t forget to carve your initials on the gimonstrous tree outside.

  1. Does anyone else feel that this place is sooooo over priced? I think I went in there with 1 other person one time and got out with a $30.00 check (including tip)

  2. Looks good but $30!!!!! Dang!

  3. It’s about $8-$9 for eggs, bacon, and mini pancakes, and their specialty pancakes run about the same price. It’s barely more than say, Denny’s or IHOP breakfast–which…are ok as emergency late night meals :) .

  4. What’s up, long time no see. Funny story is that my friends in San Diego have been following your website for quite some time and I didn’t know it was you until My Pham told me. (Never knew your name was Huy……..HAW!)

  5. Omg it has been a while… haha. Yay! Followers! HAW!
