Asian Soup Recipes

I know some who absolutely will not do this, but for me–rain or shine, I could always eat a hot bowl of soup. Nothing quite fills the belly and soothes the soul quite like soup. And luckily here, we have lots of Asian noodle soup recipes that span Vietnamese and Filipino soups, with some overlap into Chinese and Japanese soups too.

Some of these are rice noodle soups like phở, egg noodles like mì khô xá xíu, wonton soups, or soups meant to be eaten with rice on the side, but I promise you, all of them will leave you and your guests satisfied with your meal!
