Smoker Recipes
Smoking meat and fish infuses it with a rich, intense wood smoke characteristic and gives it a beautiful smoke ring. Sometimes it can be a short, one hour cook time for smaller cuts of chicken (great for meal prep!), or it can even ben overnight cook times for tenderize thick cuts like brisket.
Let smoking be another technique to add to flavor and variety to your meals. To me, it reminds me of sunshine, picnics, and good times sharing food outdoors! The longer the cook time, the more you want to smoke at once to make it worth it in my opinion.
I mainly use a pellet smoker for our recipes, because it’s dead simple to operate, just like an oven. Of course you can use a smoker cabinet, or a smoker box in a regular grill too though. Let me show you all my favorite smoker recipes!
