Since its release date in 2017, Starbucks egg bites have been a popular menu item. I\u2019ve spent a pretty penny on buying them when I\u2019m on the go and need a quick breakfast to fuel me up. They\u2019re now sold at Costco in premade packs, but they\u2019re still a little expensive ($1.70 per egg bite) for a dish that\u2019s so easy to make at home. With all organic ingredients, you can make egg white bites at home for $1 each or even less.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Luckily for me, Starbucks’ website includes a detailed ingredients list for egg white bites, which I used to create my own egg white bites at home. These original bites are made in the sous vide, but I found that making them in the oven with a water bath was easier and took less time, with great results. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
