In a pot of boiling water, carefully place the eggs and cook for 10 minutes. Transfer the eggs to an iced bath until they’re chilled (about two minutes). Note: You can also boil the eggs the day before and fridge them until you want to eat them.
Peel the eggs and set them aside.
Optional to toast your bread slices. Spread butter on both bread.
Slice the avocado and place it on top of the bread. Sprinkle with salt to season.
Use the Microplane / grater and cut-resistant glove to grate the egg over each piece of toast.
Sprinkle with any of your preferred seasonings and serve immediately.
